Handmade From Me to You

Anyone who knows me well enough,  knows that I love DIY projects for the simple fun of it and also the therapy it provides. I absolutely love making things or taking something old and making it new again. Baking something for the kids or as gifts to friends and family. If there’s a chance I can make it, I take it. Here is to hoping you get inspired through some of my completed projects.

Hanging with my GnomesThis Christmas I fell in love with Gnomes. I bought them and then started making them myself with my daughter and gave some away to friends. They are so easy to make and each had their own distinct characteristics and charm I think. Just love them so.

DIY HALLOWEEN COSTUME
My youngest son wanted a very unique costume this year for Halloween. We took the time to draw it out and then discuss the colors that he wanted. In the end with a purchase of a few items and some ingenuity we came up with this.

Meet the Hammerhead Shark, Alien Octopus Robot. Scary isn’t it? We had a great time designing this and I was so happy that I was able to find a Hammerhead shark costume which made the making of this way easier for me. In the end, he was super happy with it. Can’t wait to take him Trick or Treating this year because this idea was all him.
